We collect the least we can get away with, because storing data we do not need is only a liability.
A starting point, not legal advice — review it with a lawyer before going live.
What we store
- Your listing — name, tagline, link and logo URL. All of it is public by design; that is what you bought.
- Your email address — for receipts and outbid alerts. Never shown on the board, never sold, never used for marketing.
- Payment records — amount, currency, status and the payment id from Dodo Payments. We never see or store card details.
- A page-view counter — a single number, not tied to anyone.
Who else touches it
- Dodo Payments — processes payments and acts as merchant of record.
- Resend — delivers receipts and outbid alerts.
- Vercel and Railway — host the app and the database.
Nobody else. There are no advertising or tracking networks on this site.
Your choices
Turn off outbid alerts from the link in any of them. To have your email address erased or your listing hidden, reply to a receipt and ask — we will action it. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
